We helped Seastay transform their look and reduce their reliance on third-party booking platforms.

Overview

Seastay sought our expertise to develop an impactful new website seamlessly integrated with their property platform manager, enabling them to compete more effectively against their current listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. This integration aimed to mitigate the impact of third-party fees on their booking margins. The newly designed site prioritised a streamlined user experience, facilitating customers in effortlessly discovering and locating properties.

Additionally, we devised and implemented a robust marketing strategy focused on enhancing the conversion rate of previous customers, encouraging them to book directly through the Seastay platform resulting in higher margins and greater customer retention.
